Imagine receiving hands-on mentorship in emergency medicine, surgery, and general practice—all while having the chance to delve into orthopedic surgery and build your skills in a fully equipped facility. You’ll work alongside experienced veterinarians across multiple disciplines, gaining invaluable experience that can take years to acquire. Our caseload ensures you’ll build confidence and communication skills much faster than in a traditional general practice setting. We also provide bimonthly lectures on emergency topics, M&M rounds, and journal clubs to foster continuous learning and professional development. Our 24/7 Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Hospital perfectly positioned to help you achieve your goals, with an ever-growing demand for veterinary services in the area.

• Competitive starting salary w/ full benefits (& options for additional compensation after 6 months)
• Maximum of 45 hrs per week → ALWAYS with a senior clinician
• Bimonthly lectures, journal review, M&M rounds
• 4-day work week
• All the best tools/fully stocked pharmacy: active blood bank, ultrasound, ligasure, GI stapler, etc.
• Non-corporate, privately owned practice (three locations → Nampa, Idaho Falls, Moscow)
• Stay bonus if you sign on after 6 months → 100% retention rate
• Full time emergency veterinarians making 200k+ working 9 shifts per month
